Shipping & Processing
My shop is a mixture of made to order and ready-made items. Now that we are edging into holiday season I have a processing time of 7 days. This does not mean your items will not go out sooner, but for the sake of producing quality work I will need a week is needed to get orders out. These processing times DO NOT include shipping times which could be another 2-5 days if you are purchasing within the US. International shipping times may be longer. You are given options to upgrade your shipping at checkout.
Once an item is dropped off at the post office I am no longer liable for what happens once it is in the possession of the USPS. I do not have control over how long the post office takes to scan in an item once it is dropped off, therefore I am not responsible for delayed delivery and will not issue refunds under this basis. Once your items leave my hands, I am not responsible for any issues that arise while they are in the care of the USPS such as lost or stolen items. For these issues you must contact USPS directly. These items will not be replaced and I will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
If your item is damaged within the first 15 days of purchase or while in transit, I will happily accept a damaged return. I will not accept a cash refund and will instead remake the pair you purchased ONLY IF you return the damaged pair for further investigation. Once the damaged pair is received I will remake the new pair and have it shipped within 72 hours. Other than damaged returns, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you wish to cancel an order you MUST send an email to email@example.com within 12 hours of purchase to cancel an order. I generally begin processing the next day so if you have not cancelled an order within the 12 hours of purchase then your order will continue to be processed.
